When I was interested in applying for a Senior Executive position, my mentor referred me to The Wilkerson Care Group (WCG). He shared with me the excellent reputation of the company and assured me I would be pleased with the delivery of services. I reached out to the WCG and spoke with Dr. Wilkerson, CEO and discussed my interest in applying for the SES and needed assistance developing and finalizing my ECQs.

She was remarkable! Dean was able to coach me with articulating my competencies in a manner consistent with the requirements of the vacancy announcement, all the while staying true to my unique qualities and experiences. She helped me fill in important blanks I might have overlooked! She offered the detailed guidance needed recommending appropriate style and presentation. She stayed in constant communication with me and always followed up promptly by phone and email, addressing any concerns I had about the process.

Finally, she had a great sense of humor and was truly a joy to work with on such an important project. Thanks to Dean assistance, I not only ranked Best Qualified, but was selected for the Senior Executive position.

Dr. Wilkerson, your ECQ workshop, during the Women in Federal Law Enforcement (WIFLE) conference (August 2024) was extremely beneficial in helping me understand the requirements for entering the Federal Government Executive Services. You also helped me understand what the rewards and challenges are, the skills and career paths needed for advancing to the senior executive cadres.
